Leg weights
As a daily walker of at least five miles, and a daily wearer of leg weights for many years, I am really pleased with this product. I had previously purchased what I thougth were 2lb weights but realised later that they were only 1lb each. The heavier 2.5lb weights do make a difference in terms of muscle tone. The large velcro strap is very secure (some in the past have slipped off) and they do not slide around as other weights have.The only downside for me was that I initially had blisters where they rubbed (but I am prone to getting blisters from most shoes so it might just be me) and so I always wear tubigrip on my ankles and thick socks, and now have no problems at all.My previous leg weights have burst with the filling spilling out but these have lasted well so far.I have not tried them as wrist weights but think they might be a little cumbersome.

Avoid!
These were bought for my 3 daughters (bought 3 sets) for dancing to strengthen arms and legs for kicking but they're not fit for purpose. The metal buckle digs in with every movement. My husband tried them for jogging too with the same issues. Steer clear unless you're looking for cuts and bruises!

Ok, could have been better
Bought a while ago - they lasted quite a long time but then broke. Could have been made better, but we're fine for a time. Will not be buying again.

Good product with minor reservations.
These can be uncomfortable if you fasten with the strap around the calf rather than the shin, and they collect dust and lint like no one's business, but they do what you want and remain secure even after a few hour's wear.

Speedy delivery and item is good value, but unfortunately not as good as my ancient Body Sculpture wrist weights that I am was hoping to replace with these.

Try a different brand.
The material used for this is not fit for purpose; tearing after not much use at all causing the sand to fall out. Waste of money.

Really comfortable ankle weights
Really comfortable ankle weights, great to use around the house and going on walks. I use these for cardio exercise, too. Shall work my way up to the heavier ones soon!

Great product & value
Heavier than most which is what attracted me to these. I've found that sweatbands under them on the wrists helps as they can rub a bit. I am so pleased with these that I have purchased more!
