Good when its good, painful when it's down (even with supposed warranty)....
We were initially impressed with this machine but 8 months in we have problems. The machine was advertised with a one year, next day on site service warranty. Sounds good, right? Well, it's nearly impossible to schedule and me and my team have wasted at least 6 hours trying to contact HP, in Comm with HP / AMZ and being gas lighted as to the liability of who will fix it. HP won't accept the invoice downloaded from AMZ as proof of purchase. LOVELY. Maybe they will follow up with the advertised service but it may just be click bait and misleading. Wishin' we were printin 'n SF....

Total waste of money!
HP toner cartridge is $150, while the generic cartridge is about $30 without the chip, which yields the same number of prints. The device requires a big budget for its supplies.
