So far so good. The 3 pieces arrived on time and look in good condition. There are a few finishing blemishes on the surface but nothing that affects the visual impact. They seem well built but until we use them for actual travel, won't know otherwise.Update after travel : 2 thumbs up. Took 2 of the bags with us to Andaman so we travelled by car, plane and boat and happy to report that the bags survived the tough conditions well. Obviously they dont look as good as when we started but thats completely understandable given the rough usage by baggage handlers. But otherwise no complaints at all. Now hoping this will last me at least 10 more of such trips :)

The product is good, but the product which I received was damaged during transportation. I had bought 3 at a time and one was damaged, but while looking into app found that all are to be returned. Replacement of only one is not there creating hardship. Replace/ return policy to be revamped

Service was definitely good by the seller. Bought set of 3 and smallest one had wheel issue on first use. seller shipped the wheel. Bought these about 3 years back.Again On first use of checkin (Large) trolley for international travel - look at the photos, self exploratory. ( NOTE: VERY FIRST USE by all means and just one international return trip)Onward from Delhi to Toronto- crack near top handle and one of side. Toronto to Delhi - Look at first 2 photos. It was a whole and wheel damage. Got it wrapped to ensure nothing drop off from the trolley ( through there’s a strong cloth stitched inside). Now, Delhi to Hyderabad with a Fragile sticker on - Words aren’t enough… Photos says it all. Good luck !!

Product was really well packaged. It is strong and durable. A+++ QualityUpdate: The smallest trolly bad had a manufacturing defect and a seam came off after the first journey. But the company sent me a new one as replacementUpdate 2: The largest Trolly cracked at multiple places at an airport due to Air India's mishandling. The company was so cool that they offered to replace the trolly free of cost. But I took the same amount as a coupon code and bought a newer model from them.

The 1 wheel of 2 of the larger bags ripped off on our 1st trip with these bags. They didn't break, they just got ripped off, no broken parts left behind, just plain surface and screwsa left. Proves Nasher miles use very bad quality material.Another wheel from the same 2 bags ripped off while returning back to India. Guys cheap is not always the best. These start ups are not worth your money or the headache.

Bag quality is not good at all. It is just like waste of money. On a first trip of International with this Bag and wheel has broken, stiches has been opened and so on. Space point of view, it is good no doubt in it but quality point needs to be improved.

It is not of good quality and not having TSA lock, it is of cheap quality, and the brand name mentioned was also looking different

The product is good. Sometimes due to manhandling at airports the wheels come out or got tear off.But 5* due to customer care of nasher miles just a text msg on WhatsApp and Mr Vaibhav will come up to full support you.Got replaced my trolley within 2 years.
