Works like you hope it would
So I had a bumper in need of repair, so I thought I would give Bondo bumper repair kit a try. Wow ! It worked great. Not only did it fill in the rips and tears in the bumper, but I had to recreate a body line in the bumper using the epoxy. Stuff dries in one half hour, I'm talking about you can sand it in a half hour. Spreads easy. Just be aware it is very difficult to squeeze out of the tube . So if you get it just apply more pressure to the plunger, there's nothing wrong with it you just need strong hands. I highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a bumper repair. PS. It is black and matches the bumper well.

Very Effective & Simple.
I had a lot of luck with this product (I probably could've purchased something similar by JB Weld at Wal-Mart; but I like Amazon for their in-depth description of the product, the reviews by other users, and the deals they usually offer, otherwise I was able to pick this up for $3.50 as an add on. Very lucky i was) and my cracked bumper on my truck that had bothered me for YEARS and I think was only getting worse from that period... Well, it was finally nice to improve the image and I was impressed by how easily it applied and bonded the plastic bumper back together. Now I won't have to worry about pieces of my bumper flying off from the cracks or the cracks becoming more worse whenever I hit the highway. I see this product more as a bonding and strengthening agent that worked out really nice, and quickly cured. From the time that you start mixing the two agents together, you have 6 minutes to set the glue where you want it before it starts to cure and really harden between 30 and 45 minutes. I only used maybe half of the tube, wore latex-free gloves, then stirred and applied with a clean wooden drum stick and also applied. The plan was to reapply as necessary to get the strength that I wanted; however one application seemed to be more than sufficient for my project and needs because I was able to kick the bumper without anything falling apart. It dries in a blackish color, and against the other scrapes that my bumper had taken, it doesn't even look like there were every any cracks on it. It feels like a whole new bumper again, so I'm really happy about that...My strongest advice to anybody considering doing these self-help services is make sure you properly do your homework on YouTube (they get paid by the views they get, so don't be shy to return as necessary to bring in more revenue when it doesn't cost you anything other than advertisements and leave behind friendly comments, or be constructive if you think they can improve on some things), forums from Google, or ask a local handyman if you're not confident within your own abilities (I generally do these for free for family and close friends). When you have everything well thought-out and planned, it's easy from there, and it shows on the repairs that you make. I'm very happy with this product...

Works but expensive and the Permatex works as well or better for less $$
I bought J-B Weld, Permatex and Bondo Bumper Repair Kits. The J-B Weld was terrible, the Permatex worked great and the Bondo worked too. But the Bondo is way overpriced compared to the Permatex. The Bondo also does not dispense evenly so you have to either use it all or estimate/cut to get a 1:1 ratio and you shouldn't have to do that. It also hardens very hard with no flex at all, that is not what you want in a flexible bumper. To finish the repairs, I bought two more packages of the Permatex Epoxy.

Did not stick
Followed instructions to a tee, cleaned surface, allowed ample drying time but it did not stick

Works great but nozzle came pre-clogged
Good product with nozzles that determine the ratios of the 2 liquids. However the liquid in one of the nozzles was already hardened when I removed the cap. I had to use a small drill bit to remove the clog and get the liquid to flow. After that it worked just fine.
