The picture here is not what I got. What I got was raw edged wood, discolored and rough. I wouldn't want to put this is my shoes because I would be fearful of splinters from the pieces left after the shoe tree was removed. My impression of the company after receiving this product is "I don't really give a darn about the customer, I just want to rush making these so I can sell more." Unfortunatley for them, reviews like this have more impact than if they made a decent product.

We used these one time and one of them no longer opens fully. It is also leaving sharp, sometimes large, wood chips in the shoes. I wish I had caught all this after the first use; I would have returned them.2 stars because one is actually still working good and doesn't leave large wood chips behind.

Although it states it is for large sizes, I did not find that to be the case for a size 13 men's shoe. even with all of the attachments inserted, it did not stretch the top of the instep enough to be comfortable to me. I wound up giving a brand new pair of shoes away.

Look exactly like photo. It really works omg it's saved me so much money. It comes with black knobs to put in the front, to make room for corns and calluses.

Arrived broken. Also didn’t expand as much as I needed. Potentially a good product if your feet/shoes are smaller than a size 13.

Having shoes that almost fit is never good. Being able to adjust the fit to exactly what you need is wonderful. Too many shoes today are not sold in widths, and if one has a wide foot it is never easy to get the fit you need. This tool works wonderfully to adjust the width and/or the length of the shoe. I can not make it smaller, but count me as completely satisfied.

They really worked incredible. During the stretching process I did use a little bit of furniture oil so that the Leather would not tear apart. Just ensure that the toe is all the way forward and you have the heel all the way supported before you stretch. And give it a couple days don't try and do it overnight. You will like the results

Kinda slender and feel toy like but fits the shoe well. I guess it’s good for the job I needed it for.
