This is a good shampoo.Didn't notice anything different with mask.But yes it reduced hairfall for coloured hair.My husband colours his hair on a regular basis so once in a week he uses metal dx shampoo.I have only few coloured streaks so i use it like once in a month.Metal detoxification is necessary if you die hair regularly.Cause it causes metal deposits into hair follicles and thn causes hair damage.So use it weekly nd see the difference.
