ionocore® knee support copper compression - with patellar knee strap BRACE + SUPPORT SLEEVE (LARGE: 17.5"-19")

It has only just arrived, but it fits perfectly. What its effect is on my damaged knee remains to be seen, but I am satisfied with this item. It is very comfortable. Do not need the patella strap.I like the special material top and bottom that prevents the sleeve from shifting or falling down. Haven't met this before and have had trouble keeping the support system in place.

Brought for my partner who has a knee which randomly swells up to the size of the melon. Its helped provide comfort and enables him to move around even when its swollen. I got him a large but he could have probably had a size up so measure carefully!

I have tried several supports/braces over the years, but never managed to find the perfect one. Whilst this is not "perfect", I think it's probably the best I'll get for my needs. (Can't wear hinges). Thin and very lightweight sleeve, but with enough compression to be supportive, yet not too restricting. Much more comfortable than other style supports which are predominantly neoprene. The brace IS neoprene, but as it is so compact over and around the knee it is still okay. I bought these as the option is easy to use to suit my needs. Sleeve and brace together; or each separately. Sweating is much less than other style supports as fabric is slightly breathable as well.As can be seen, I bought these for use as supports and not for helping with arthritis, however, you can feel the sleeve warming the joint.The quality:price ratio is excellent. As is the customer service.

Like the brace can't get the straps to fit keeps moving down

Sorry about this it's the second one I've purchased, the first one has been brilliant for over a year. Unfortunately I put this new one on this morning for the first time and it tore on the seam. Photo attached. I am sure this is just a blip. The first one was a fantastic product though and it has really helped with my trick knee.
