Q: How to get the drawers separated from one another easily？

Dear Customer, I understand that you may have encountered some difficulty in opening our product packaging. Our packaging design involves stacking the drawers together and using a plastic bag to increase friction, making it easier to take apart. However, during storage or transportation, the box may become compressed and make the parts a little hard to separate. We would like to offer you a proper method to open the packaging. To easily and safely take apart the drawers, please place one hand's fingers on one handle of the drawer and the other hand's fingers on the edge of the next drawer, and apply even and sustained pressure in opposite directions. This method will allow you to open the product easily without causing any damage. Please note that using brute force to open the packaging will not work and may cause damage. If you find this process difficult to understand, we added the video in this answer to help you better understand the correct way to open the packaging.
