The replacement milk jug is of the same size as the original one whereas I wanted a smaller one.No one in Amazon is bothered to pay attention to my request for return and refund. Amazon customer service is going down the drain.

Useless - It's just a showpiece
After unpacking, I was so excited to use this product. It looked so beautiful. I poured all my chai into serving. While I serve, the chai slides down, and it doesn't flow properly. When I looked, it was poorly designed. There's no room for any liquid to pour down without spilling. It is utterly useless.
