This is my first time writing a review. The company is fair and they really do stand behind their product. They answer every email in a timely manner. My first purchased arrived the contents had leaked out. No questions asked they refunded my money and quickly shipped me 2 bottles to replace the one I purchased. I was purchasing this product for a bad tooth ache. I use silver sol but I had never tried this one the numbers were higher and I said let me me if it will help my tooth. It is an amazing product my tooth ache completely disappeared no pain whatsoever. My cousin had a bad tooth ache and abscess that burst I gave him my bottle. It literally pulled all that infection out of his mouth. He went to ER doctors said what did he use and he told them and they said well it help save his life the infection was going into his blood and they added antibiotics. His tooth is better no more pain and no dentist appointment I am a believer that this product is a God send. I will never be without it again. I received my package with four items in it... there were two small boxes and a dvd, and a broken bottle in pieces. There was a space of about 12" x 3" that the bottle had to bounce around in... no packing paper or bubble wrap! Of course it's gonna break! I order from amazon every other week and nothing like this ever happened. I am disappointed because I really wanted to try this. They are refunding my money, but that doesn't give me the product.UPDATE: I was sent two bottles as a replacement for the one I ordered that I received broken. Thank you Blue Ridge Silver! I have given it four stars as I have not had the time to use it. Excellent customer service.

OMG How I've lived this long without knowing about Colloidal Silver is beyond me. I acquired conjunctivitis that would not respond to prescription antibiotic ointment. I ordered this and it arrived 2 days later. My eyes felt like they had glass in them, I was so uncomfortable they were affecting every part of my eye and life. This magic blue bottle arrived yesterday (warm from the UPS truck) and I immediately sprayed it on my closed eyes. After 1 blink, no joke, the irritation was gone. I've applied it every few hours, and I woke up today clear eyed (after dealing with pinkeye for about a week, so it was pretty gross) I think I'll need to use it for at least a few days. A nice bonus is that I had a brand new pimple forming and it disappeared before my eyes when the solution dripped on my nose. I will keep this stocked in my medicine cabinet from this day forth, I foresee it being very useful as the mother of a growing, clumsy little boy as well.

I ordered from Blue ridge and my first order of three bottles arrived damaged. I contacted them and was not only re-imbursed but priority shipped a replacement set of 3 bottles. I must say this is the best customer service I have ever had with an online vendor I am very thankful for them going out of the way to make me a very satisfied customer, I have been using the collodial silver to treat a recurring ringworm infection that I have had zero luck with any over the counter or prescription medication on for over 5 years and I must say I am very happy because this stuff is actually working for me it is finally starting to clear up and fade away when all the lotions and sprays I have spent 100s (literally) of dollars on have done nothing but piss it off.P.S.
