Good until it isn't
This is a gorgeous, high-quality mug packed in an adorable box that makes it all ready for gift giving. The only problem I have is that you can't actually use it. As soon as you tip it to take a drink the liquid comes pouring out all over you. I contacted amazon about the issue and was very promptly sent a replacement item. However, this new mug leaks even worse than the first. Without being able to use the lid, this makes the mug completely unusable for us. Such a shame because it really is an adorable cup.

Nice large tall travel mug
I got this travel mug for my teenage son. The lid fits snug, it helps keep the drink warmer longer, and it’s leak proof. The handle is large enough and comfortable too.

Leaking Lid
Received as Christmas gift, used it first time 1/9/22, it was fine. Reheated coffee in microwave without lid. Product states microwave safe. Now cup leaks thru lid. no longer a firm seal between lid and cup. Since it is beyond return date, I am stuck with it.
