I discovered a fault with the light, however this was after the refund period was over so I did not contact the company, but instead mentioned it in my review, following this the company reached out to me and offered a full refund or replacement, this is going above and beyond with their customer service thus the 5 star rating.With regards to the item itself it really is a gorgeous design and according to my electrician of very good quality, I was just unfortunate with my initial purchase.

Look great, doddle to install. Pair with some retro filament-style bulbs and you've got a winner. Don't forget there is a twist switch in the side (like many lamps in the US), which had me stumped after wiring them in and one didn't work! Took a while to remember it was there, haha.

Looks really nice up in the copper finish, very steampunk. You do need to be very careful when fitting the wall plate, there are no slots that allow you to level it, so your screw holes need to be spot on. The spring loaded connector block is no good if you have a pair of wires so you might need a chocolate box connector with screw terminals. The twist switch is in fact a rotary switch, just keep turning it. But that said easy to fit and looks good.
