Very similar to the gochujang sauce from itsu. Only problem is this is very expensive. You’re better off trying to find it in your Asian supermarket (you may have to visit a big one, if you live near reading you can go to see woo where it’s £3)

The sauce is absolutely delicious and I've been trying to find some for ages (I almost took to stealing a bottle from ITSU as they have it for use in the restaurants but don't actually sell it), however the bottles here are actually quite small when you see them in real-time. Quite pricy too to be honest but maybe shipping from Korea is expensive hence the cost? All in all though a great experience flavour wise.
