I purchased this product not because of any back pain issues but simply to maintain a healthier posture for my back. I didn't have the intention of relieving pain or correcting my posture, so I made the purchase with a light heart. Many other support products for the back seemed too thick and burdensome, but what I particularly appreciated about this product is that it has a height that is not too high. Indeed, when actually using it, the height was comfortable and not at all inconvenient. While I haven't used it for an extended period yet and can't be certain about any long-term effects, it seems like a good pillow that allows for a more comfortable and supportive posture when sleeping or lying down without much strain. Although there was a slight off-putting smell, the material was satisfactory.

At first I thought this would work out really well. After a few nights, I found the pillow moved around too much every time I moved and I would have to adjust it. Also seems to be flattening out a bit after only 2 weeks.

I bought this because even with a mattress designed to help alleviate back pain, I was still waking up every morning with sever lower back pain due to lumbar degradation. I am a side sleeper, and reviews indicated that this was good for side sleepers. I found it to be useless. It is so thin, only about an inch or inch and a quarter thick, that it wasn't supporting me at all. The material is so soft that it simply flattened out. I had used it, and washed the cover, so I couldn't return it. I simply ended up throwing it out, and bought one (Panduo Lumbar Support Pillow) that is four inches thick and supports me perfectly (and it was $7.00 less expensive than this one).

I didn't really expect this to do me much good after having reoccuring sciatic pain that lasts a long while. It's not the most comfortable to sleep on but it's made a massive difference on my sciatic pain.

The pillow definitely offers good support, but I'm 5' 4" and this pillow takes up over half of my back. The effect is that it's basically lifting my entire torso up off the bed and not helpful at all.

I am so happy I bought this! It's shaped perfectly to mold the curve of your lower back. Helps relieve pain regardless if you sleep on your back, side or stomach. There is a bit of an adjustment period before you really start to notice the back pain relief. I think it took me about 5 days to get accustomed to sleeping on it.

Comfortable raised height

I bought this to put under my knees as Ibspend most of my day in bed. Without this I was hyper-extending my knees. So painful. This provides just that little bit of bend in my knees to eliminate this problem. Comfortable to lay on, easy to turn over, stays put on the bed. Haven’t tried taking the cover off to wash, yet. Looks l8ke it would be a chore to put back on.
