Alan Wake 2 Deluxe Edition - PlayStation 5

Such a blast to play, Alan Wake 2 delivers on all fronts. A truly amazing sequel with a memorable cast of characters, I can’t recommend it enough for fans of Remedy’s universe of games. The deluxe edition packs everything into a nice package at a great price.

This game got delivered insanely fast and protected. The game itself is perfect both for people who enjoyed the original as well was people who are fans of the Resident Evil Remakes and the Silent Hill remake. Plays exactly like those with its own story

Alan Wake 2 is one of those games that stays with you for days, weeks, and months later. Remedy has truly outdone themselves, creating one of the most unique, mind-bending games I’ve ever played. The atmosphere is so thick with tension and the story completely pulls you in. Sitting in a dark room with my huge OLED TV and Atmos surround, I was glued to my PS5 from start to finish. Every detail, from the eerie visuals to the phenomenal writing just hits the mark. Remedy continues to prove why they’re one of the best studios out there and so freaking underrated. This isn't just a game, it’s an experience and easily one of the best of the last decade. If you're a fan of horror or mystery don't sleep on this one! It's not a lake... it's an ocean.

My son loves this game!

This is a review of the game and its presentation, packaging and delivery will not be reviewed except to say that I was satisfied with both. With that said, let's get into it.So for a little over 86 bucks, you get the game with all dlc on the disc. No messing with codes or anything for that, it is all on the disc. Now Alan Wake Remastered IS a dlc code but that is to be expected. Alan Wake Remastered also comes with all dlc included so for anyone that missed this game the first time around, this is the complete package (minus American Nightmare, of course). Alan Wake 2 is very good so far, atmospheric and well paced. Some have called the design "open world" but so far it's more "open level" with expanded environments to explore.

I'm glad to own a physical copy of this game as it's become one of my favorite games on Xbox but I've recently switched over to PS5 and was looking forward to playing this game again and was surprised when I saw that it featured a code to download the first game, which is still great too. But to my surprise, the sheet containing the download code was blank. I already tried talking to Remedy / Epic Games support and they said to talk to Amazon, which only gives me the option to talk to Epic Games support. So....I don't think I'm getting that code.
